As an EMDR-certified therapist, I offer counseling services to individuals at any stage of life who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, health issues, and life transitions. If you find it challenging to accept who you are and where you are in life, I am here to help. In our sessions, we will work together to address your defenses and tackle feelings of self-judgment, loneliness, fear, weakness, and embarrassment.
Together, we will navigate your emotional challenges by sorting through confusion, exploring the root of your issues, and empowering you toward self-love and acceptance.

I am aware that there is a stigma attached to seeking mental health assistance, and I strive to educate people on the importance of obtaining quality mental health care in diverse communities.
