WHAT TO EXPECT
Starting therapy for the first time—or with a new therapist—can be hard. Challenging yourself to show up to your appointment can be a feat in itself. I like to begin by just sitting with you, hearing you out, and getting an understanding of who you are and how counseling can benefit you. Then, you decide if I'm a good fit for you.
In addition to therapy, I also provide coaching for therapists who are looking to start or grow their private practice. Whether you're navigating the transition from a group setting or building your practice from the ground up, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Together, we can create a solid foundation for your personal and professional growth.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I require 48-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Please provide as much advance notice for cancellation/rescheduling as possible (with a minimum of 48 hours). All cancellations/rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours advance notice will be charged the full rate.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the 2021 No Surprises Act, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical services, including psychotherapy.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
